| MANDATORY CONDITIONS |

| Please read the rental conditions to proceed with the booking of the car. |

| Age - Minimum age for car rentals in Space Millennium Rent-a-Car, is 21 years and are in possession of valid driving license at least one year. |
| Documentation - It requires the presentation in the act of hiring a car driving license valid ID and valid credit card (not electronic). |
| Minimum rental - 24 hours. |
| Payment - The estimated cost of the rental plus all other expenses must be paid in advance. |
Fuel - Not included in the rental price. Customer shall deliver the leased vehicle with the same amount of fuel that had to receive it. The customer will not be reimbursed for fuel left over! It applies a surcharge in the amount of 10.00 € on the price of refilling liquid fuel missing. It is the responsibility of the customer arrangement of the vehicle in case of fuel switch mentioned.

CDW - Collision by Accident Insurance is mandatory. Groups A, B, C, D: € 10.00 per day. E and F: € 24.00 per day. Prices include unlimited public liability insurance under the law.
By paying the CDW the hirer is given the mandatory minimum bond reduced. The exact value of the collateral will be determined at time of delivery of the car, since the amount of value is dependent on the vehicle. Once left this cash amount will be returned to deliver the car without damage.

| PAI - Personal Accident Insurance is optional, and recommended its acquisition at a rate of € 2.50 per day. |
| Delivery and Returns - No additional fees in Funchal. For deliveries outside Funchal Airport and adds € 12.00, as well as collections also added more € 12.00 for travel expenses. |
| Extra driver - For each additional extra driver on the rental agreement that will be charged € 5.00 per day directly to you. |
Rental Agreement - The customer is obliged to comply with the dates and times written on the rental agreement itself stated. In case 1-3 hours of delay will be calculated a value of € 7.00 per hour, past the three hours of delay will be considered a rental day.
In case of cancellation of contract or early delivery by the customer, we will not refund any amount or negotiated by the Millennium Area Rent a car.

| Supplements night service - the customer after normal working hours, are required to pay a nightly rate of € 15.00 in value for possible deliveries and recoveries of the car. |
Reservations - reservation is considered only after written confirmation by the Millennium Area Rent a car.
Reservations are confirmed by the car type category, brand and model may be replaced by a similar car or higher, due to availability.

| Pre - booking - The value of pre - booking will not be refunded in case of withdrawal or other excuses too. |
Recommendations - If you want to extend the rental period, shall give a minimum of 24 hours in advance.
Advance booking is recommended. |
